Dr. Jeannine Sandstrom is a professional sounding-board who has been there, in the boardroom, in the CEO’s chair. Prior to starting her own coaching practice, Dr. Sandstrom founded and led three national consulting companies focusing on leaders in crisis, strategic planning and implementation for mergers and acquisitions, and team development. Dr. Sandstrom's years of experience coaching executives across industries provides her clients new perspectives and ways of approaching and solving today's toughest business challenges.

With a Doctorate in Human Resource Development, MS in Business Administration, and an MEd in Adult Learning all from Texas A & M, Dr. Sandstrom brings to each consultative session her training in systems, behavioral change, human dynamics and leadership theory.

She has also participated in Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) presentations, and has had featured articles in the Professional Mentor and Coach Journal, as well as The Wall Street Journal and Fortune Magazine.
